O N E MANS’ MOTORCYCLES

Yes, a motorcycle theme but there is much more than that: Boyhood in Rhyl during the depression driven 1930's. Engineering apprenticeship in Dickensian conditions in Derby then Aero Engine Development at Rolls-Royce.

Starting in the motorcycle business after the War, buying, selling, restoring and racing motorcycles of the 1920's, 30's and 40's.

Along the way this book tells the story of the motorcycles and the characters who rode them against the backdrop of those times.

It is written to appeal equally to motorcyclists and the reader in the hope that they will refer to it time and time again.
